Google Adds 152 Patents To Its Non-Assertion Pledge
It would be interesting to learn whether patents subject to such non-assertion pledges are ever infringed in the first place. Or, are these nice PR plays to say you won’t pursue infringement of patents that likely aren’t infringed anyway???
